We have been using Kevin for the last 8 years to service our air conditioning system. He has consistently been reliable and effective. He has come at all times of the day to work around our schedule. I had a pleasant experience with Kevin. He came to my residence to fix an AC that was seemingly broken. Turns out it was an electrical breaker issue not the AC. We now have the AC functional again. He was efficient, very reasonably priced and very pleasant. I would definitely work with him again!

Kevin is a crook he owns me $4500 in refund money, he installed a complete heating unit in my house that cost me $ 8500 , that never worked properly,many winter nights I call with concerned, he never answered my call, my family was left in the cold, finally after a couple days he called. I told him the unit keep cutting off my family and I was freezing for many days and nights, I asked him Why didn’t he answered my call, he said he was busy, however, he said he tried everything he could, but cannot figure out the problem ,he said he’ll give me the $8500 back and installment, and I said what? I paid cash, my entire life saving ,I agree, I didn’t receive the first payment after numerous call text, finally, he showed up at my doorstep with $1800, 2 month later he gave me $1200, 1month later he gave me $500. 2 month later he gave me $500 since then I haven’t heard from Kevin in months, I called, I text, no reply, no regard or whatsoever, that company has no money, they are broke there are predators looking for prey, please, be careful, do not trust this man, he change the system he installed, numerous time, he never got the system working, he offered me a refund, my personal advice to consumer who needs Heating and cooling unit installed go to either Lowe’s or Home Depot, I chose Home Depot , the job cost me $8500 fully guarantee , Kevin and company they are wolf and sheep clothing. Do not trust this man and company , take your business to companies who are experienced, , . Thank you .

Posted on behalf of my elderly family member who does not have internet: “I needed to replace my boiler. I called KLC Heating & Cooling. I spoke to Kevin one of the bosses. He came the same day and two days later he came with his workers and started the job. A couple of days later the job was completed. They were all hard worker's and did a good job. I am so satisfied with that company. I would recommend calling them. Debby”

I highly recommend KLC Heating and Cooling. Kevin is responsive, professional and knows his business. On one of the hottest days of the year, he answered my call, was able to fit us into his busy schedule, and repaired my AC Unit the next day. He had the parts he needed and his price was comparable to others who said I had to wait at least 2 weeks for an appointment. Thanks Kevin - you saved the day !!!

Kevin knew the problem straight away. He had the needed part on hand and our central air was repaired in under an hour. He even topped off the freon. I will most definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. Thanks Kevin...happy wife, happy life.
